The soccer club, based out of Foxborough, Massachusetts, competes in Major League Soccer, which is the top professional soccer league in the United States and Canada. The team was formed in 1995 and got its name from New England’s involvement in the American Revolution. They have reached the playoffs eight consecutive years, making it the league’s longest active streak. The soccer season runs from March 20th and generally ends around the end of October, generally around the 22nd. Be sure to check the schedule to see when the New England Revolution will be playing at Gillette Stadium this summer. It is advised to purchase tickets early on as they do sell out.
